Section 02

Personal data we collect

We collect personal data that you give us directly, and a limited set of technical data collected automatically when you use this website.

Data you provide to us

  • Your name and the company or organisation you represent
  • Your email address and phone number
  • The details of your enquiry — including the project, facility, or system you are asking about, and any documents or specifications you choose to send us

Data collected automatically

  • Your IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including basic website analytics about how you use the site
Section 03

How we use your data

We use your personal data only for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it
  • To prepare quotations, proposals, and technical assessments at your request
  • To deliver, manage, and support our engineering and systems-integration services
  • To administer contracts, including invoicing and project coordination
  • To send you service-related updates relevant to work we are doing for you
  • To meet our legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations
Section 04

Lawful basis and consent

We rely on the following grounds to process your personal data under the PDPA:

  • Your consent — given when you submit a form or otherwise share your details with us.
  • Taking steps at your request — processing necessary to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal before any contract is entered into.
  • Performance of a contract — processing necessary to deliver services you have engaged us for.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Where you do, we will stop processing your data for the relevant purpose, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a quotation or service you have asked for.

Section 05

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it only where necessary, and only to:

  • Service providers and sub-processors who help us operate — for example our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, email service, and website hosting providers — acting on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers such as auditors, accountants, and legal counsel, where reasonably required.
  • Authorities or other parties where we are required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Where we share data with service providers, we require them to keep it secure and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

Section 06

Cross-border transfer

Some of our service providers operate or store data on servers located outside Malaysia. Where your personal data is transferred or processed outside Malaysia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected by appropriate safeguards and is handled to a standard consistent with the PDPA and this notice.

Section 07

Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this notice, including responding to your enquiry, delivering services, and meeting our legal, contractual, accounting, and regulatory obligations. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Section 08

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration. While no system can be guaranteed completely secure, we review our safeguards and limit access to personal data to those who need it to do their work.

Section 09

Your rights under the PDPA

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date
  • Withdraw consent to our processing of your data
  • Limit the processing of your data, including for direct marketing

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by the PDPA.
